Construction combines various techniques with a focus on renewable materials. Rammed earth walls, made from the site's own soil, form the main structure and provide thermal mass – absorbing heat during the day and releasing it at night to help balance the region’s extreme temperature fluctuations. The base will be cast in reinforced concrete to protect the earthen walls, while the roof structure will be built with timber from trees on site.
The plan follows a clear modular logic. Five identical units are aligned in sequence, each adapted to a different function. A corridor links them, and doors allow the spaces to open or close, creating flexibility within a rigid grid. This strategy reduces excavation, minimizes the use of concrete, and grounds the project in both the material and spatial conditions of its site.
